Glass's Typed Biographical Questionnaire

In 2001, I asked Glass to answer a biographical questionnaire, which had been created by a few members of the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) eager to document the profession’s history. Several inconsistencies appear in his responses. For example, the years he attended classes at the Institute of Design, the names of designers’ organizations, and the date IDSA was founded.
